So, this group needs an antagonist of sorts (THOUGH IT HAS SENJI. AND HE'S ALREADY A MOFO ONE) and of course I volunteer. A GIRL WHO'S NOT MAGICAL YET, HOW ORIGINAL! *SHOT*
But you know, I don't think that she's your "bad, evil bitch", more like "her dream is a little nuts, she needs a slap or two". Yeah...

Also, this fucking design. I hate to do Puella Magicas, the clichés of a magical girl are so overwhelming. Puer Magus are so much better to design. )':
And yeah, I forgot to draw the weapons separatedly. Sue me and those friggin' floating hands.

Also², there was that man of a game that had some similar philosophy. I don't remember his name now, but I'm sure he's Kayoko's father. -NNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
Also³, she's the lost sister of Dead Master. *SHOT*

:bulletblack: Wish: *
For a great War for the sake of the advance of humanity.

:bulletblack: Weapon(s): *
~ Tyrant of Skies: The black, smaller fan. The Sanskrit over it means "Destruction". It can be replaced if destroyed by an exact copy. It symbolizes yang and cannot be used without Queen of Earth.
~ Queen of Earth: The white, bigger fan. The Sanskrit over it means "Vengeance". It can be replaced if destroyed by an exact copy. It symbolizes yin and cannot be used without Tyrant of Skies.

:bulletblack: Powers: *
Control over the Air/Wind (mostly through the use of her fans, though she can use it to boost her speed or use it to prevent being crushed if she falls from some high place). The air has a great importance, for it is said to be the essence, the beginning, the Qi and the Life; for example, the chakra Anahata, represented by the element Air, is said to be the Heart and the core of all emotions. It represents freedom but also misdirection. It defines a certain sense of self and purpose but no confirmation of such aside from what you leave in your wake, like a key with no hole. It can means extreme and violence but not necessarily legitimately based and founded anger. Words with nothing to write it on, unanswered prayers, sympathy but no strength to make it any more than that, a furious call for help. It is also said that the future or good news comes "with the wind". Therefore, the Air/Wind element being her to command is indeed the reflex of her deep and sincere belief.

:bulletblack: Magical Outfit: *
A rather stylish and bold black and red wa-lolita dress with pinkish frills and two separated long sleeves. She also wears black socks and a black okobo (a geta used mostly by apprentices of Geishas). Her obi, tied with a white obijime, is black with red details and at her obidome stays her Soul Gem. Her outfit at the red parts is decorated with Witch Runes that are pieces of the Bible narration of Sodom and Gomorra’s great fire.
The fact that her Soul Gem and outfits are both black is a symbolic thing. In Chinese culture, black was associated with the four winds. Dress in black also makes you inconspicuous. Black is also used in clothing to make a bold statement of mystery and self-control. Black clothing can say "Notice me but do not intrude". In times of fear and uncertainty black contains the energy of the threatening unknown. In a positive state, black is seen as a restful emptiness into which anything may emerge and disappear once again. It is also mysterious, providing a sense of potential and possibility. Combined with red, it gives very aggressive color scheme.

:bulletblack: Soul Gem: *
A very simple gray/black Soul Gem with cherry blossom flower leitmotif.

:bulletblack: Personality:
Kayoko is ambitious, very intelligent and also a big dreamer. She may seem melancholic and stern to the others because she lives by self-discipline and responsibility (and because she only met adults in her life, never really socializing with kids of her age), but Kayoko actually has a very unique sense of humor. She's also pretty shy, especially around people of her age; she also resents a little the fact that she lives in a world very different of one of average teenagers and because of that she doesn't know how to talk with them. She doesn't like to show, but she’s actually very lonely; though she hides very well all her frustrations and concentrates in doing something useful at Japan.
Though with her own moral compass that sometimes diverges from the one of society, she's a very passionate girl and lives to help the underdogs. She may omit truths or distort it sometimes if needed, but in her head, sometimes the end justifies the means - or "I'm just doing what is best for you" if the other excuse fails. Extremely patient, she'll wait a long time for something she wants. She also knows that there's only one chance of success in this world, so she likes to plan every step very carefully. She also tries to behave like an adult most of times (and indeed does so), but again, especially around people of her age, she may act awkward and very shyly, and maybe even forget how to use her mouth. Patience is the key.

:bulletblack: Background:
Kayoko was born in a family of activists. Therefore, she was constantly traveling around the globe and witnessing a lot of conflicts, thought it never really was a problem to her or her safety. Her parents hated war and poverty and were always working against those things, and such disgust combined with the scenes she witnessed in the Middle East (particularly the Afghanistan area) - the place where her family was for a long time -, also passed on to her. Around her six or seven years old, Kayoko and her father were in a small village somewhere in the Balkh Province when a guerrilla outbreak occurred, involving both of them in the process. Her father was killed in the crossfire that also killed other countless civilians, but she managed to survive by running away the whole way back to her house, at Kabul's surroundings.
For some time, she even was at the news, a little and brave soul that survived the Hell itself, and since then her mother became an even more "against-war" person like if she had born anew. They left Afghanistan, but not the life of protests and fights. Kayoko grew up more and also helped victims of war in Middle East and South Africa with Mrs. Izumi, and with each sight of the suffering of wars, the more Kayoko couldn’t forget how she never felt so strong before by running away and holding on for her dear life at that day, years ago. Since that very day, Kayoko struggled with one sincere and unforgettable thought: even seeing and witnessing and being taught to hate all the misery, she couldn’t think of war the ultimate folly of humanity anymore, for she saw a great deal of strength emerging from such conflicts; people rebuilding their villages without any help, rebels winning against armies much more supplied and numerous, great works and creations that had born only thanks to the countless wars of the past, survivors that felt like gaining a new life and becoming entirely different persons from what they used to be, and even herself, who fled from a conflict that killed her father and survived alone at such a young age in a road and situation that few could hope doing the same.
At her 14 years old, after years of witnessing in first hand things like survivors of rapes by soldiers, little kids dying of malnutrition or AIDS, old people dismembered by bombs and such, she and her mother finally came back to Japan for the health of Mrs. Izumi wasn't perfect anymore. Kayoko was at her homeland for the first time since she could remember and was appalled by what she saw: a peaceful and very abnormal place, where people had mistaken stagnation for stability even with a history that clearly taught the contrary. It grew on her the desire to arise a great conflict - a new World War maybe -, for it was the best way to wake up the conscience of people and put them on the right path once again, not on the path of being unchanging cattle. She really hoped that with a great conflict people would see, just like she saw, that stagnation was killing the planet and the whole humanity little by little, corrupting their future. But she was very certain that one single person could never have such influence. So she lived apathetically, studying the habits of the country she never really lived on, while still thinking about all those things when she met the ones called Incubators, those who grant any wish in exchange of fights, and together with that, a world full of wars against formidable foes known as Witches. But she had only one soul, therefore, she knew she should be very careful about her wish...

:bulletblack: Ability Card: ?

* It can be only specula, since Kayoko isn't a Magical Girl yet.
